With the airline auditors paying Leeds Bradford an unexpected visit, baggage boys Jimmy and Michael fear for their jobs when they lose a piece of luggage, and Duty Manager Nathan is left to deal with flooded toilets.

Chloe struggles to check in a passenger with a motorised wheelchair that could contain a potentially lethal electric battery, and the race is on for Ramp Agent Jimmy to unload passenger bags after a heavy landing.
