The Big Leap

With auditions beginning for the three lead roles, tensions rise as the contestants all vie for the same parts. Gabby confronts Nick about his purposeful manipulation of the show. Mike accidentally reveals a huge secret to Nick and the producers.

Monica must face her past when the contestants head to Chicago to watch a performance of "Swan Lake," performed by her old ballet company. Nick digs deeper into Justin's family issues and makes a bold move for the sake of the show.

With the release of the first show trailer, the contestants air their grievances over what was caught on tape. Wayne has a run-in with someone from his past who wants to use him to gain access to the show. Nick is distracted by his visiting daughter.

A trip back to Gabby and Justin's high school leads to a big emotional reveal. Nick tries to stage an important conversation between Mike and Paula. Reggie must cope with a new development in his relationship.
